Alysa helped me buy a house, and it was a great experience. She was supportive and knowledgeable, and patient when there were no houses I was interested in or when I needed to stop looking for a while. She didn't have immediate answers to every question I had, but she was honest about not knowing and quickly got answers from someone who did. She has resources–or knows someone who does–for everything. She met with contractors to get quotes for renovations while I was at work, found lenders for different types of loans, worked around my unusual work schedule, and took care of a lot of details I had no idea needed to be taken care of. She got to know me and what I was looking for, and in the end it was her good eye that found the house that was just right for me. Though the process took almost 6 months, she was always only patient and supportive. I would 100% recommend her.
